That they were wonderful my partner loved them
Absolutely brilliant shop. I can't say how it tastes as it is a present but it looks perfect. I ordered (early for Halloween) during hot weather, asked them to hold it, then, when the weather cooled emailed them to please send. Absolutely wonderful customer service, thank you! 😁 💙
Thought the presentation was great but can’t comment on the taste as it was bought as a birthday present.
I have bought several, well more than several from choc on choc, as I find their products excellent. Yeah, they may be priced as ‘high end,’ but really theyre not. They offer an excellent product and their excellence to detail is fab. Cannot fault them. I have to say that throughout the many heat waves this summer, they have gone above and beyond to keep both their customers and products at the forefront. Thank you x

To be fair i have had nothing but a awesome experience. I ordered death by chocolate box. The customer service has been impecable i accidentally filled in delivery address to my old adress. With a single email they had it fixed and everything arrived on time. The product itself was exactly as advertised and was a awesome treat for my partner she loved it. Found her carry the box around hoarding it like some kinf of weird hamster. If i had to make any form of critism it would be the box could have been a bit nicer and had a lit to open for a reveal, however the box is good enough everythjng fresh just would have been nice for wifey to open a lit to reveal the awesome design. Overall out of 10 id rate 11 due to the friendlyness and ease i had dealing with the mistake with the address. Bravo P.s. chocolate was stunning to
