Delivery
Hot Weather
During the hotter months, we may upgrade our UK parcels to a Next Day delivery service. This will be at no extra cost to our customers. If the weather is too hot for us to risk shipping, we may delay sending your order. We will keep you informed. Please ensure you check your order confirmation.
Please note: Next Day delivery will arrive the next working day, orders on Friday will arrive on Monday.
Charges:
- Standard delivery is £3.99
- Next day delivery is £6.95
- Standard Delivery is £8.00 - Northern Ireland (2-4 working days)
- Standard delivery is £15.00 - Channel Islands & Isle of Man (2-4 working days)
Delivery Times:
We handmake everything at Choc on Choc, so standard delivery can take up to 2-3 days to dispatch, but we always aim for this to be sooner where possible.
If you select Next Day delivery and order before 2pm, your order will be delivered the next working day. If your order is placed after 2pm your order will be processed and shipped the following day (remember we will need a signature to deliver your parcel, so please make sure that there is someone to accept delivery if you can't be there!)
For Saturday delivery, you must place your order before the cut off time of 2pm at least 1 business working day in advance.
Missed Delivery:
Should delivery to the address not be possible, a card should be left by the carrier to let you know how you can collect the parcel or how to arrange re-delivery. It then becomes the recipient's responsibility to arrange a suitable re-delivery date. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available, or if goods become unsuitable as a result of non-delivery.
