The box at one of the corners was burst, I think it was sent out like that as it was packed well and the outside box wasn't damaged and the chocolates were ok. It was a gift and had to give it like this as I didn't have time to sent for a replacement box. It hasn't put me off your company but I think you should take more time to inspect before sending.
