London displays the best Christmas market in the UK, which is located in Hyde Park. It’s a free event, so you have no excuse to not go! The event is from the 21st of November – 5th January. The event is open every day from 10 am to 10 pm! Winter Wonderland is full of Christmas chalets, selling wonderful artisan gifts, they have food and bar stalls, games and rides and much more!
Manchester Christmas Market
Manchester market will be lighting the streets for its 20th Year. The event will start on Friday 8th November – Saturday 21st December. This year’s market is expanding to fill Piccadilly Gardens for the first time, in total 300 traders will be filling the streets of Manchester.
Oxford Christmas Market
This year’s Oxford market starts from the 5th December – 21st December. The market opens from 10 am – 8 pm (Thurs - Sat) and 10 am – 6:30 pm (Sun-Wed). The well-known market has wonderful artisan and handmade gifts, choirs singing Christmas carols, food and mulled wines stalls and lots more to enjoy with your family or friends.
Birmingham Christmas Market
The Christmas market is located at Victoria Square and New street in Birmingham. The markets open from the 7th of November – 23rd December and are open every day from 10 am – 9 pm. Not only do they have their amazing market, but they also have a Christmas floating market! The floating market is only open for a short time, from 5th – 8th December. Opens daily from 10 am – 4 pm.
Edinburgh Christmas Market
Edinburgh starts its Christmas market on 16th November – 4th January. The market is located at East Princes Street Gardens, situated in the heart of the city. The market is known to get bigger each year. It is well known for families to visit, as it has lots of fun events and entertainment.
